Description: Teaching English since 1978 on the beautiful island of Jersey.
Courses
We
offer courses for all age groups, whether for academic or business reasons or simply
for pleasure. Our courses run for short periods, or longer, depending on the
students preference.
Young learner courses: Holiday courses, intensive courses,
private tuition
Adult courses: General English, Intensive courses, Business English,
Combination courses, private tuition, Cambridge examination courses, 50+ programme,
English plus golf
Activities
With all our courses, we offer an activity and social
programme. Young learners can choose from up to 8 activities every day on the summer
holiday course, activities include surfing, banana boats, kayaking, windsurfing,
bowling, crazy golf, etc. We also arrange an optional evening programme for young
learners, including a beach BBQ in the summer, sports evening, cinema etc.
Adults on
the General English course can also take part in various afternoon activities, which
range from cultural visits to castles & wildlife parks to more active sports, such
as kayaking, windsurfing etc in the summer. We arrange social evenings at the pub
for drinks and dinner so that students can get to know each other in a relaxed
environment.
Location
We are located on the picturesque island of Jersey, situated
in the Channel between England and France. The island boasts beautiful and diverse
scenery. On the south and west of the island, you can explore sandy bays and beaches
and to the north and east the island is more rocky and rugged - ideal for hiking
along the coastal paths.
