Description: CIAO ITALIA, Italian language and Culture Centre, is a very qualified Italian Language Centre which specialises in teaching Italian to foreigners. The school is conveniently located in downtown Rome, in the ancient Monti quarter, one of the most lively and characteristic neighborhoods of Rome’s historical centre. It is close to the Coliseum, Trevi fountain, Central train station and via Nazionale shopping district.
Thanks to the limited size of the school, we are able to take full care of our students, creating a cozy and familiar environment.
The school organizes Italian language courses (individual and group courses) all year round and for all levels. Course schedule and frequency can be geared to individual needs. Special Italian language courses for specific sectors - including business, law, art history, opera or amateur cooking – are also available.
CIAO ITALIA organizes a rich cultural program including: movie screenings, lunches, guided tours, opera, concerts, etc. Library, video library, internet facilities and WI-FI are also available. The school also offers accommodation service, in families or shared flats with use of kitchen. The school provides assistance to students applying for a Study Visa and can put the students in touch with an au pair agency.
Ciao Italia offers a preparatory course for certificates in Italian, such as CELI (University for Foreigners in Siena), CILS (University of Perugia) and IT (Roma Tre University)
CIAO ITALIA is member of ASILS and EDUITALIA, associations of the best Italian language schools in Italy and member of ELITE, European Federation of Associations for Teaching Mother Tongue to Foreign Students. It is also recognized by the Bildungsurlaub of Hamburg and Frankfurt and it is included in the list of schools of Italian of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
